“This is a game changer. I was so fed up with struggling to get the old hose onto the reel, having it kink and twist, never quite aligning. The hose length reaches what I need it to, and when I'm done using it, I give it a tug and it retracts easily into the reel, which I then swivel so it hugs the wall, out of the way.”

“Très bon appareil. Cependant il faut forcer pour tirer le boyau et inversement il faut faire attention lors du rembobinage car très rapide. Il semble qu'il ne soit pas possible de le réparer si problème.!!!!!”

“This is a quality product. Installation was easy and the hose is easy to pull out and stop at the length you want. Getting it to retract takes a simple tug and then the reel starts pulling the rope back in. The hose is light enought and seems durable. I am two months into my ownership and liking it so far.”

“A good quality, solid-built retracting hose. It works well - retracting has been smooth and easy. Mounting on the brick wall of the home was easy and it looks tidy and attractive. The swing feature of the unit is both conventient and practical. This retracting hose is much easier to use compared to the manual wind-up style of hose reel.”

“Works very well. I heard that retracting hoses should be mounted to a metal bracket, not plastic, but I have not had any problems. I should have installed it years ago!”
