“I placed an order last week for the shampoo, conditioner, and some soap (among other things). When they arrived, the bottles were filthy, as if someone had taken them from the most remote shelf in a warehouse. I loved the smell of the products and couldn't wait to use them but I wasn't happy with the condition of the bottles. Also, one of my soap bars had a pretty big chunk missing. I immediately contacted Legend's Creek, via email and voice message, and received a response pretty promptly. The asked for pictures, then sent out replacement items, which I received today. I'll continue shopping here simply because the customer service was so great--but the products are wonderful too!”
“I originally bought this shampoo for our dog. He needs something gentle and I knew the natural ingredients would be great and the added benefit of cedar would help with fleas and mosquitos. I was right. I used it myself and found my hair to be silky clean...kinda like squeaky but with a better feel. I will be ordering the conditioner next go 'round.”
