“This is an amazing salve! Got it to have on hand for cuts, scrapes, etc. I've been using it on two of our dogs' paws. One has an infected nail bed, and the other scapes and cuts on the pad of one of his feet. It's VERY healing, doesn't bother them and seems to be very soothing. Great improvement since I've been putting it on them. After reading other reviewers comments, I can't wait to try it on dry skin patches! From the description on the jar, it helps SO many things! “I am so impressed with this salve! I knew right when I opened the jar that it was made with good ingredients. The texture is smooth and creamy and a little goes a long way. I can smell the beeswax in it and its sweet and floral like honey and none of that processed junk. I use it on my face to help keep my skin hydrated and stop acne breakouts and its made a big improvement in my overall skin condition. “I was one of the testers that got to help give input on this product when they were developing it. I hadn't ever heard of calendula or even salves but I was excited to be able to try using something so pure and natural on my skin. While I don't have any chronic skin conditions like this product says it can help, I always have dry elbows, especially in cold weather. I applied this a few times a day and can't even believe it cured my dry skin. I even use lotion every day but my elbows always remained dry and flaky. Its 100% herbal and I like that.
