“I've been with this company for quite awhile now and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the dice is flawless, the designs are beautiful, the stickers are fantastic, the only not-awesome thing is that shipping does take about a month. But considering everything, the wait is worth it. The absolute best part about this dice subscription is the customer service. I have had very very few issues over the years but any time I did have to send off an email I was treated genuinely kindly. It wasn't a forced friendly conversation where whoever you're talking to is over-nice it's an entirely genuine conversation. Obviously they were able to fix my minor problems without any issue but that seems pale in comparison to just how wonderful the experience was. I'd almost recommend others join up with this company for the customer service over the dice. The dice do speak for themselves though.”

“the monthly dice subscription is as good as it ever was, been a subscriber for years. yes I have an addiction. the change in ownership hasn't diminished the experience at all, they've done a great job and still love my subscription”
