“The package arrived quickly, but the package and its contents were bent beyond repair. Additionally, even if the plates had arrived in proper condition, the image on the plate was very blurry. If the digital file I provided was inadequate, I would like to have known that so I would have a chance to resend a higher quality file.”

“Perhaps my error. I was under the impression that if I sent you a rough photo of the license plate, you would pull from your files, the Connecticut design, and then place "JHH-1" on it. I did not realize that the actual rough photo I took would be the actual plate, which is unusable. (not centered, on an angle, etc)”
