“My design came back with the wrong color. I sent you guys back a picture of it and your design team informed me that it was caused by the picture I sent in to make my design. I didn’t see the green color in it and I don’t see the green color on the email you sent me just now for this review. I’ve asked for help designing a new one and have yet to receive it so I guess I will look elsewhere and see if someone out there is willing to help. “Had a problem with my design. Contacted Customer Service. They put the order on hold. I resent the correct artwork. They sent proof with the correct art. I approved it. Then I got the plates with the incorrect original art, not the proof. Contacted Customer Service. No reply.”

“goodmorning, I checked the delivery status and it says my plate already delivered. I haven’t received my order, i have cameras near my door bell and my driveway, I dont know where my order is and i would like a refund. thank you.”
