“We had a plate made for a customer. The template allowed an outside black border which I put on the plate. When the plates arrived the outside border was nowhere near even on either side or top and bottom. I went back and looked at the proof that was submitted, and it showed a perfectly even border. It looked really bad and my customer was dissatisfied with the end product resulting in me having to refund the transaction. I called customer care, and they said: "My art team has finished their review and it appears that the license did print accurately. The issue with the border happens with the jig shift during the print process. Unfortunately, this can not be prevented." Why would you allow a border if quality is an issue? â€‹”
