“Metal plate arrived a little bent/warped. The print quality was fairly poor, fairly noisey but acceptable for what I needed.”

“The only gripe I have is they changed delivery method WITHOUT MY CONSENT, which caused a delay of projected delivery by 2 extra days. Since this was a birthday gift, the unauthorized delay put delivery AFTER my wife's birthday. But then the order got lost. It never arrived. When I called to get a replacement, they argued with me about changing the shipping method without my consent, and at first they didn't want to expedite the replacement order. Finally, the call rep put me on hold and a supervisor decided to overnight FedEx me the replacement. They re-printed my order, shipped it same day, and I got it next day by FedEx. My wife LOVED the gift, even if it was 7 days late. The only reason I gave 4 stars is she LOVES the license plate.”
