“Called CLP to clarify what the dotted line signified. I was told that if you put something outside the line it may get hidden by the plate frame/holder. I wasn’t planning on using a frame but I kept what I wanted inside the dotted lines. The print I received was so badly misaligned that subject matter submitted inside the lines were not even on the plate and subject matter not expected to be on the plate was printed on it. It was drastically printed off to the left and slightly lower than what was ordered. Totally disappointed”
