“I designed a plate but the cutout portion of the designing software was not the edge. When I received the plate and was not happy. I will accept it because I was unsure if it was my mistake or software. I reordered it and re-fit the photo to the frame and hope that it is better. If it was my fault, I will accept the blame, but when I checked the design your own plate order, there should not have been any white around the edge. I still will use your services, in fact placed another order. I just hope that they come out better. I have used the software and ordered in the past. As long as the next order is correct, I will upgrade the 3 to a 5....”
