Life Coach Certification Course Reviews

4.9 Rating 278 Reviews
I have reviewed various courses when deciding to become a Life Coach. They are all so expensive, then I found Life Coach Training Institute. Wow, I love the videos, so much easier than just reading material. Also attended Boot Camp, very informative. Now to start JumpStart and get that first client!

I definitely recommend this course and I already have! All the assignments are practical and the support is very great! I work a fulltime job and was struggling getting things done. I thought I would take a few months finishing this but after a motivational email exchange with Paul and the bootcamp weekend, I got motivated and pumped. I finished almost all the assignments (I did the first 2 before) in 2 days and took the test on the 3rd day after the bootcamp. Now, I am a certified Life Coach!! The community is also great and I am happy to have taken the course. Looking forward learning the rest and starting to coach & see unique, amazing life's transform.

I really appreciated the amount of detail that put into designing this program. The coach shared a plethora of invaluable information and did a great job zeroing in on the usual problematic areas of coaching. I gained a lot of insight to the field and a lot of direction for starting my own coaching business. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in designing and executing this program!!!

I've looked at other courses online and this has been the best one hands down! Not only is it affordable, but also informative. You get to participate in live coaching sessions and are invited to live sessions on how to keep progressing as a life coach.

The course was very well done. Because I took both the Online Course and the Bootcamp, there seemed to be some overlap that did not quite match. The focus on the client and appropriate questions for clarity is always paramount. A few of the answers you wanted for exam did not match the written transcripts. A couple question were very, very ambiguous. It certainly made me think ... which is a good thing. Looking forward to progressing on this new journey.

I thought that the training course was very straightforward and consistent in methodology. I really appreciated the assignments, and the fact that someone is grading them (I had to redo a couple of them), because it really helped me practice the skills that needed the most work. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone that wants a good, solid introduction to the fundamentals of coaching. My only complaint is that there were some errors in the final exam (I am an English teacher and have created MANY exams through the years). Specifically, in # 17A is not a request, #14C is a grammatical error, the questions (I believe there are 3) that ask if the statement is a SMART goal, there is no way of knowing if the goal is Relevant or Time-bound for the client (not enough info), one says "next spring" which is not a specific date, there were two questions written in the double-negative, and a few questions that could have more than one answer that is correct, but one is supposed to be 'the best'...how are we to know? All of these made these questions very confusing. I would suggest a careful and revised version of the test.
