“The quiz was not properly explained. It should have said before quiz that you needed 70% to pass instead of after. When complete it should have said you passed. after finishing all 65 questions each time it said retake exam in bottom right. I would have pressed mark as complete had I known.
This format needs to be changed to make more clear as to when you can mark quiz as complete.
Also, the question with accountability as the answer was not a good example of accountabilty. It was misleading and confusing and did not explain what accountability is, which is when client has a task to do, then reports back to coach that he completed it.
