“When I purchased this I had expectations of gaining more knowledge about industry norms and more direction on how to message or brand myself as a consultant. What the course did for me was to really solidify that I don't want to be a coach as I'd rather be a consultant. I don't like the aspect of coaching that leaves people to sit around grappling with open ended questions for the duration. To me a powerful session is a MIX of open ended questions and ASKING the client if they want advice when the person feels they have some to offer. I know when I hire people that have talents other than mine, I want their professional opinion because I understand that I don't have their skill set or life experience. Just asking open ended questions can leave people feeling frustrated. They have their place, but I don't think that's the only thing that should be in the bag of tricks so to speak. Additionally, I had expected more from the private facebook group. There wasn't much engagement happening and not much to learn from it because of the limited activity in the group. Additionally, there was very limited involvement from the coaches. So to me, it wasn't really a value add. I got the most out of the Selling Your Services section, and was most frustrated by the Attracting Clients section. I had begun doing this work using the book "Book Yourself Solid", which felt much more comprehensive. I was disappointed because I paid for something I could have learned by watching a bunch of YouTube videos. So for what I gained, I wouldn't do it over. The final thing was that a day or two after purchasing the package I noticed that I wouldn't be using the certification as I am not going to be a coach. I emailed about this and never received a response. The course itself was laid out nicely and easy to follow. The materials were well put together and recordings were high quality.”

“Indeed it is my pleasure to review the "3" online program led by Paul. It has revealed the baby steps to launching a successful coaching practice. Although I admire a lot of points regarding the course content & the instructor but the most remarkable are his simple but clear to the point teaching methodology.
