“LACK - It was an eye-opener and caused me to have an amazing paradigm shift when I learned that some people who become coaches specialize in topics of which they have had a first-hand negative experience. They are likely victims of trauma. The coach carries with them the need to heal and because of that need, they seek to facilitate their healing through interactive sessions with the clients who have similar trauma in their past.
