“Before I started taking Alfalfa tablets, my fingers ached every day and I was constantly massaging them. Alfalfa has had a very positive effect on my fingers. Very seldom do I have cramps anymore (unless I have been cooking for 6 hours!!) and no more pain. Muc improved mobility as well. I can essentially make a fist with both hand now!!! Not bad for 75 years!!”
