I got them on a Monday, began using them Tuesday, and I am still using them (today is Saturday). I have an internal infection and I plan to use these for two weeks to get rid of it. It has been 5 days and I have already seen a huge improvement, so I may not need to take them for 14 days like I thought. On Tuesday (the 1 week mark), I will begin taking prebiotics as well, to help regulate the good bacteria inside my body that the antibiotics are also attacking. This is effective as long as you take the probiotic 2+ hours after the antibiotic (in case anyone was wondering).
