“I started taking this during COVID. My sister swore by it. I take 1 every night and 1 when I have to be out and about during the day. It has reduced the amount of sinus infections I’d been getting. I have not come down with COVID using it. (I also keep up with taking other vitamins and eating well). While I cannot prove it keeps COVID at bay; I think it might be helping.”
