I don't usually take time to write a negative review but in this case I feel its needed. I have purchased this product before but I purchased it on Amazon's website. We decided to order direct from the company this time because we wanted to buy the larger sized bottle which wasn't offered on Amazon. I thought it wouldn't take long since we live only a few hours away. We ordered on a Saturday. It took a full week to arrive which I was told was due to hurricane Ian (understandable). However, I expected this was arriving to our door by box and instead it was shipped USPS. I don't know why a company in Florida would ship vitamins through the mail knowing they would spend quite a bit of time in the heat and right on the package is says to store in a cool dry place. We check the mail in the early afternoon usually because our mail is normally delivered around noon. Well, this package was delivered to our mail box after 4pm. We were not aware that it was delivered as I never saw any shipping confirmation or delivery confirmation. Also, our mailbox is very far from our house as we live in a rural area. I even reached out to the company to inquire during the week to find out where the package was. I received a response the following Monday morning which was nine days after we ordered letting us know it was delivered after 4pm on Saturday. The product sat in our black metal mailbox in 90 degree Florida heat on Saturday, all day Sunday and into Monday morning since we don't check our mail on Sunday since there are no deliveries. I reached out to the company to find out if we could get a replacement as this product is likely not useful and it was $75! The person I spoke with said she would find out from the supervisor and get back to me. A week later I still hadn't heard anything back so I called again. This time I was told a note was left on the supervisors desk but they hadnt gotten back to her. Another week went by and I called again. This time I was told that the supervisor spoke with me (which they never did) and said they couldn't do anything for me. I told the person on the phone that wasn't the case. Then the supervisor got on the phone and told me there was nothing they can do. I questioned them again. I never opened the bottle. In fact its still sitting on my counter. They said that if I wanted I could pay to ship it back and then they would give me a credit. I was in shock! They wanted me to spend money to ship a faulty product back so that they can resell it to some unsuspecting customer? This is a christian company? This is terrible customer service. I wouldn't want a store credit knowing that this is how you run your business. How can I trust that any of your products are reputable if you're going to resell a product that sat in a hot 100 degree mailbox not to mention you mail your vitamins this way. I basically threw away $75. It's sad because I'd rather support a small business than buy from Amazon but when things like this happen it makes it so much easier just to rely on amazon knowing I'll get deliveries to my door and can easily return should something go wrong.

Nicole, I am so sorry to hear about your issue, we are based in Orlando, and I am not sure where you live, but we use USPS in the state of Florida when we can, it saves us money and we donate all of our profits back to Christian ministries, so when we can, we try and save money. We would gladly resend your order using UPS or Fed Ex, not a problem. This really works. So glad it is all natural. When told my doctor I was using an all natural antibiotic, she looked at me as if to say, really, oh please. I may change doctors.

Regular antibiotics kill everything and then yu have to rebuild your good bacteria. I love taking LifeSource Vitamins, they do the job without hurting you.
