There are no side effects and is extremely effective. I recommend that everybody afflicted with arthritis, try this. I started with taking 3 daily for the first month, then 2 daily for another month, then 1 daily for a month and after that I did not have to take it on a daily basis. It is a Life Saver!!!!! “I like the product and it does give me some relief but as far as a joint rebuilder the verdict is still out. I dont believe any product can rebuild your joints but i will take the whole bottle and then know for sure.”
