Marjorie, we understand your concern. Getting the scoop out after first opening a new container can leave some residue to clean up. Many of our powders are bottled in containers that allow extra room for settling and those are a bit easier to get the scoop out without spilling the powder. We'll take this feedback and see what can be done to assist you and other with this issue.
