“Unfortunately, Berberine Complex 500 mg - 60 Veg Capsules did not lower my blood sugar number. I take a fasting glucose reading every morning and there wasn't any noticeable improvement in 30 days. I was taking a total of 2 capsules per day (the higher amount of the suggested 1 to 2 times daily) with my morning and evening meals, in addition to my evening Metformin tablet. My hope was to reduce my dosage, but this supplement didn't work for me.”
Jim, sorry this did not work for you. It normally takes a few months for anything that is natural to work, but prescriptions work in 30 to 60 days but they can be dangerous. Have a blessed week.
