“I take a capsule before i eat it helps with digestion i understand Acid reflux is because of not enough stomach Acid. I am pro active i don't have Acid reflux and don't want it. I ALSO have found chewing my food throughly and avoiding drinking my ice Tea till after i have eaten helps to keep a strong stomach Acid.”
