“We use this for our kiddos. They were waking up 3/4x a night and this is amazing!! They now sleep through the night and wake up happy and refreshed! Not groggy at all. Kids are 2.5, 4 and 7. At bedtime, we use 1 TBS for our 7 yr old and 1/2 TBS for the other two.”
