We do suggest you do not refrigerate it, as it is a fairly thick liquid and the colder it gets, the thicker it can become. Also, consider switching from water to perhaps a juice to swallow it down. If that does not help, please consider our Collagen Peptides Powder, which is unflavored and mixes well with any drink.
