“My husband and I have used this protein powder in our house for YEARS (along with other products from the company) and have loved it. We often recommend it to our friends and family because of the great taste, quality, and values of the company. Unfortunately the last time we ordered the powder it was completely different in taste, color, and texture. I reached out to them and was told nothing has changed but they agreed to send me another container if I returned ours. They sent the exact same batch so there was no difference. I told them that it was not what we were used to and that if this was the new formula we would not be able to purchase it anymore. They never responded which I can only assume is a sign that they don’t mind losing a loyal customer. At the price point, I cannot purchase another container in hopes that I get a different batch and that they did not indeed change their formula.”
We are very sorry you are unhappy with our Whey Protein Concentrate. While each batch we manufacturer can have slight variations on color, taste and texture due to it being a natural product, no changes have been made to the formula.
