“I have to cut the pills in 3 sections to swallow which leaves a fish taste. So far after taking them a week or so no improvement. The directions read to take 2 -4 a day. This makes it very hard to take more than 2 because of the unpleasant way I have to take them as described above. Would not recommend them”
