“I began taking these probiotics as a skeptic. I have always been the type of person who has very infrequent bowel movements (maybe 2 to 3 times per week at most) that were usually quite difficult to pass and left me feeling like I wasn't quite "finished". Doctors always told me that this was "normal" for me and not to worry about it. I also quite frequently suffered with random stomach pain, usually after eating. Since taking these probiotics (I actually started with these and am now taking the 35 Billion formula), I am having regular, normal bowel movements and I've noticed that the stomach pain issue has become way less frequent.
