“We take a meal replacement smoothie with our french vanilla protein in the morning with our vitamens and we dont eat again until around 2pm. I have lost about 7 pounds by maintaning a healthy diet, this protein is delicious and it works, I have tried other proteins from other vitamin stores and they don't compare to this one!!
