“When I was a Flight Attendant, I tried different formulations/doses of Melatonin for many years. They were largely ineffective and I eventually quit trying new ones. So, I was quite skeptical when my GYN recently recommended Melatonin to me for better quality sleep. She told me to forego the drugstore/supercenter variety and emphasized using a high-quality, clean, DR capsule. I'm pleasantly surprised with the results I'm enjoying with Lifesource Melatonin caps. They work! I'm able to go to sleep naturally and go BACK to sleep after my once-nightly trip to the restroom! As with all the Lifesource vitamins I've tried thus far, I notice a benefit and don't feel like I'm flushing money down the toilet.
My only suggestion is that you consider using capsules that differentiate the 5mg and 10mg doses. I use both and being able to see the difference would be helpful, especially when setting up several weekly pill minders with multiple supplements. But other than that, don't change a thing!”
