“Moringa is considered a super food; I've been using it for about 2 years, it has so many health benefits! I mix it in my daily smoothie or my oatmeal;sometimes if I'm in a hurry I mix it with any liquid (organic almond milk, oat milk, etc) and it dissolves and mixes completely.
