“I've made a big change to my diet (whole food, plant based). I am trying to get all my vitamins from as close to possible the natural source but its impossible to eat all you need. This liquid multi vitamin is meeting and exceeding what I can't get through eating the right food. Plus I really love supporting a proud of their faith Christian company! First time in my life that I wake up with the birds in the morning! I think the combination of diet and multi vitamin is important. Unfortunately, you can't eat bad, greasy, sugary food and expect a supplement to make it like it never happened.”
