“The powder is pink and tastes allot like the Flintstones iron kids vitamins, but with mint flavoring added to it. It's definitely sweet, minty, and a bit iron-tasting. I'm a really picky eater, so just putting it in water was bearable but not great. I combine it with 20 ounces of cold fruit juice instead (usually half apple juice, half cranberry juice) and it's no problem at all. It doesn't dissolve perfectly, but I keep it in a shaker bottle so I just give it a quick shake before I chug. For about $1 per serving you really can't beat this vitamin mix.”

Anthony, thanks for your review. There is a lot of nutrients in these that is for sure. So shaking it a couple times may be needed for some folks, however, I do not have these issues and I take these too. As far as the Soy and Flax and men, there are new studies that show both of these have outdated studies and info. If you would like I can send you bunches of info on the health benefits of Soy and Flax for men specifically.
