“It's only been a few days since I got the product which by the way was very quick to arrive. The flavor tastes great although you have to put it in a blender to get all to mix well enough to drink. As far as the efficacy of the vitamins / nutrients go, I'll have to wait before I can speak on that. So far, I do not notice any effects.”
