“I would give them a 5 except for that I don't like having to remember to take them three times a day. I am now in a pretty good habit, but still sometimes find myself only getting two per day. But they have so many great ingredients that I figure I am still getting about the same nutrition with two pills that I would get with a full dose of some of the other vitamins I have taken.”
