“I purchased 2x Lifeplan Joint Action Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI 1500mg. Have been using this product for some time; previously from a local independent health food shop, but they don’t stock it anymore; hence resorting to Lifeplan direct. I’ve found a very efficacious for random joint pain including knee pain & in my experience would say it has noticeably reduced any associated discomfort. But of generally to notice any improvement most studies have shown that glucosamine needs to be taken for approx two to four months before its full benefits are realised, although some might experience improvement sooner. But like any such product, ‘one size doesn’t suit all’ and it’s always best to do a bit of research first before taking any supplement(s).”

“Iv been taking this brand for many years but the health shop I got them from has closed so I had to look else where as I don’t really want to change to another brand and iv paid a good price for them so I’m happy”
