“Ordered 2 white MARBLED lamps for bedside tables. Picture on site was exactly what I was looking for but when order arrived the bases where stark white with no grey marbling through them . Very disappointed that what you advertised is not true to what I received. Please update your current stock photos and take down old picture. Note: 2 days later - interesting to see you've changed the photo after I bought it to your attention. Customer service should have reached out to apologise but sadly not!
UPDATE Lights4Less contacted me a day after my post to apologise for their error. A resolution was reached and I am extremely grateful they responded to my comments. Not many companies take the time to look after their customers when things go wrong and will gladly purchase from them again in the future.”
