“NOTHING BUT BAD PROBLEMS AFTER PURCHASE!
I rang store Tuesday 4pm to purchase and pickup but was told delivery would be within 48 hrs maximum if I purchased online. Ok so I purchased online and the nightmare began! Rang Thursday afternoon to see where my item was only to be told that it was in transit with the courier and should be still delivered Thursday. Rang Friday and spoke to the manager, he told me the courier company had been contacted and their reply was it would be delivered no later than Friday 6 pm. I tracked down the couriers phone number and rang them Monday morning to find out why my package hadn’t been delivered and was told the package was with the Driver and would be delivered Monday. Tuesday I got a text saying my package would be delivered today and later I got a phone call from the Courier saying he was waiting outside the bank in Strathfield. I had to ring him and give him directions to my house which was five minutes away. it’s hard to conceive how this courier could not have found my address because my street name is so rare that it’s the only street with that name in the whole of Australia! We had no light in the kitchen for five days because of the mismanagement and outrageously bad couriers, making this the worst purchase and delivery experience that I’ve ever had in my 67 years of life! I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this Store to anyone, my advice is stay away! Extremely dissatisfied!”
