“A small thing is that I am rating the specific flavor a 4/5 for the current 50%-off pricing on LPG. If I were to purchase this product with full price it might be a 3 or 2 star. The meal replacement itself does wonders. It really made me full, and generally speaking, I didn't have to shake this for minutes to dissolve the powder. However, this specific flavor felt a bit... disappointing? I actually think that this flavor is most drinkable with water, out of all other beverages I tried mixing it with (water, milk, almond milk). I really did not expect the overpowering cinnamon/gingerbread flavor when I had it, and with almond milk and even milk it was just too much for me to drink it. I do find it almost perfect when mixed with water, as it is not overpowering my taste buds, and it does not have a thick texture with cinnamon tastes compared with mixing the powder with milk/almond milk. Overall I think I will definitely order CTRL again with this price, but maybe just not Gingerbread Cookie flavor. However, if you ARE a fan of cinnamon or just Gingerbread things in general, I think you'll enjoy it. This particular one is just not it for me.”
