“I bought this treadle feeder to replace another type of treadle feeder which I couldn't persuade the hens to use. They took to this one straight away. They do manage to drag food out of it onto the floor below so I still have to move it and clean up the spilled feed on a daily basis though.”

“Problems with rats helping themselves to my ducks food , this product seemed ideal. Delivered within two days of order, well packaged,easy to put together although there are some sharp edges, the ducks are still getting the hang of it but seems to be working well so far.”

“I have had it only a few days, a rat has already chewed a hole through the plastic and got in and all his mates now join him so it’s a complete waste of money, buy a Grandpa’s feeder instead, more expensive but at least it works!”

“Easy to assemble and structurally sound. My 3 chickens are struggling to use it, but because they are skittish, not because of the feeder. Fingers crossed they work it out soon!”
