“Dear Little Fields I emailed you on the 24th November - I have been purchasing Lincoln Yea-sacc form you for quite some time and I have never had any issues with the supplement. When I opened the bag I have just received from you I could see the supplement was different, the colour, smell and texture were all very different (more like Brewers Yeast). I know the supplement contacts Brewers Yeast but this was just Brewers Yeast, and I know my horse will not eat Brewers Yeast, although has always eaten the Lincoln Yea-sacc. I gave the supplement the benefit of doubt and put it as normal in my horses feed but he refused to eat it. I gave my horses his dinner with the old bag of Lincoln Yea-sacc and he ate it happily. Just to make sure it was this new bag of Lincoln’s, I tried the new bag of supplement again and again the horse refused to eat his dinner but ate his dinner with the previous Lincoln’s Yea-Sacc supplement. Unfortunately I have now completely finished the old bag of Lincoln’s Yea-Sacc and my horse won’t eat the new bag. I have compared the new bag against a bag of Brewers Yeast and it smells, looks and tastes exactly like Brewers Yeast and not Yea-Sacc at all. I am guessing the wrong supplement was put into the bag. Please can I be sent a bag of Lincoln’s Yea-Sacc to replace the bag that has been sent. I would be happy to return the bag for you to see but I would ask for you to pay the postage. “I have been using this product for 18 months now and my horse loved it and thrived on it. Sadly the new pack is not the same. It's completely different in colour, texture, and smell. My horse refuses to eat it and he is a very greedy cob.”
