“Terrible customer service from start to finish. My order was late so I emailed the company several time but got no reply. I finally tracked down my order and found out it had been destroyed by Royal Mail, due to poor packaging! Several more emails to the company and still no reply. Thank goodness I had paid via Paypal I had to open a dispute to get my refund. I understand companies are finding it hard due to coronavirus but not one email was answered yet they can still take orders. If you cannot communicate with customers then you should not trade. I will not use again nor would I recommend.”
