“It took 30 days for the order to be delivered, as 1 item was out of stock which I was notified only after I had contacted yourselves. Even following my contact there was no further updates from yourselves. The lack of communication was not good. Upon delivery one of the containers was badly damaged to which you offered eventually a 10% refund i.e. £1.20ish, Which as I said in response was not worth the bother. This was my second order as we like to use " family type" businesses but the experience was very frustrating. Malcolm Plow”
