“Made a complete mess of order (late etc.), left e mail & phoned next day, all sorted, cheerfully & quickly. As for the pruners, better than I had hoped for! Filled 240 lr bin in a week (proceeds of 'jungle clearance') mostly chopped up small in order to get it all in. That 'gearing' really works! All in all very nice people to do business with & excellent tools!”
