“The flea traps are a miracle in getting rid of the bloodsucking monsters. The refill pack sticky patches and lamps are of good quality and work well. There is, though, an issue with the packaging: when the box is narrow and the sticky patches have to be folded to fit it is very difficult (almost impossible) to flatten them back, which affects the trap’s effectiveness. Even two day flattening under a heavy pile of books did not help much. Is it possible to pass the message to the manufacture to pack the otherwise absolutely fantastic product into a bigger flat box so the patches do not have to be folded? I would be happy to purchase only patches separately from lamps provided they come in a big envelope.”

“I won't need them as the lamp doesn't do anything so the refills were a waste of money”
