“The vermiculite is absolutely fine but I am really disappointed with the level of service. I ordered the product on May 15 and the response email said it might take a little longer than usual but I would get an email when it was on its way. After 2 weeks, I emailed to ask I could have some idea when it would be dispatched. No response. After 3 weeks I emailed again and tagged the email to make sure it was arriving OK. No response - and the email was not even opened. I tried ringing and was directed to email as 'the sales team were working from home'. I emailed again and tagged it. It arrived but wasn't opened yet again. The product finally arrived today - over a month from the order date. I fully appreciate that there is a pandemic currently but companies still need to manage customer expectations. A quick email to say it might take a month would have stopped me getting frustrated and you would have earned five stars!”
