Hi Bryan, Thank you for your review, hope you're well! I'm so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. We send our review requests approximately 5 days after despatching your order to allow time for it to arrive with you. I've just spoken to a colleague about this as I believe she spoke with you on the phone yesterday. Your parcel was returned to us as Royal Mail had managed to damage the label which was preventing onward delivery. This was sent back out with a new label yesterday and I would hope that this should arrive with you tomorrow or Thursday at the very latest. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback. Hi Josh, Thank you for your review, hope you're well! The Owls that you have ordered are just the front half which is why they are described as a "fascia" in the product description. If you would like a 3-dimensional owl then you would need to order the following: https://www.littlefieldsfarm.com/defenders-action-owl If you would like to return the owls that you have received for a refund or an exchange please follow our returns procedure below: Please ensure that the item is in original condition with any tags still attached. Re-pack in original product packaging and use protective outer packaging to avoid damage to the product packaging, however please do not wrap in black plastic as this will result in a manual handling surcharge which may be deducted from any refund due. Please write your name, postcode and order reference on the packaging to make this easy to identify as well as whether the return is for a refund or exchange. Please include your delivery note and state that the item is not faulty and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will need to take payment for the applicable delivery charge on all exchanges regardless of item value. Please send to Little Fields Farm, Stapleton Lane, Barwell, LE9 8JT. “I hadn't realised that it was going to be a half plastic owl. It looks ok from the front, but there is no back to it which makes it ugly and cheap looking. Unless you secure the owl to a wall or fasten it down to a heavy wooden block it will just fall over or blow away. To scare away a hawk you are suppose to move the owl around. It is not really practical at all... A waste of money.”
