“The product was as advertised and delivery was speedy. I spoke to customer services merely to enquire which courier the company used; the staff member was extremely polite, helping and above all cheerful. Thank you.”

“I have used these shears for a couple of years and this is the second pair I have bought. They are excellent, so light to use for long periods and have good sharp blades which have lasted well.”
