“Not used the cutter yet so am reluctant to give 5 stars. Have used the same, original Wilkinson's Sword version for many years though. This one has a wire and pulley mechanism to operate the cutting edges instead of the original "bike" chain style. Comes with 10 year guarantee. Excellent service from Little Fields Farm: good price even including delivery, well wrapped and on time.”

“This is my parents 2nd scrub cutter as the other lasted 8 years ans was worn out as they use it a lot so they wanted to replace with the same a they are both in 80,s and find it very easy to use”

“Excellent product. Have had the older version for nearly 30 years and couldn't do without it. When the spring finally broke I had to replace it. If the new one lasts as long it will outlive me! It certainly seems to be very well made and cuts really well. Over the years I've used the older one for garden and field hedges, for cutting back shrubs, and for pruning fruit trees. It's great for cutting back brambles without getting tangled up in them. Other cutters have strings to pull but these get tangled in other branches whereas this one has an internal wire so there is nothing to get caught. The perfect tool for so many jobs.”
