“The bowls are exactly as required. However I was surprised and sorry to find that they arrived enveloped in an enormous quantity of plastic bubble wrap. There are plenty of environmentally friendly ways of protecting items in the post, so I don't understand why you would still choose to use plastic. The bowls were contained in their own plastic sheath, then in a bubble wrap bag, and finally the box was packed out with a large quantity of more bubble wrap.”
