“Very disappointed by the order and communication. Order (ref 100060521) made on 27/6/20 & received confirmation straight away. But didn’t receive any shipment confirmation neither the products until I emailed on 3/7/20. After my email, i received the shipment information which actually was posted on 6/7/20. I emailed same day to express my disappointment as i was waiting for the products which i needed desperately at that time. Order received after 2 weeks bcos of the farm failure to dispatch on time even could had been worse if I didn’t contact. I even didn’t receive an apology after my two emails. Little field Farm shouldn’t charge for the delivery when you can not even deliver on time. I will not buy anything from here again. Regards”
